KEYSTONE — Data Deletion Instructions
Obsidian Solutions Holdings LLC · Last updated: August 25, 2026 · This page is registered with Meta and referenced by other platforms' developer programs.
You can remove your data from KEYSTONE at three levels:
1. Disconnect one social account
In KEYSTONE: Marketing → Social → Accounts → ✕ next to the account (or ask the Organization admin who manages your brand). This revokes the connection and deletes the stored credential/token from our vault within 30 days (typically immediately). You can also revoke from the platform's own settings — for example Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions), Meta (Settings → Apps and Websites), X (Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions), TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions), LinkedIn (Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services), Pinterest (Settings → Security → Connected apps), Reddit (preferences → apps), Bluesky (revoke the app password), Mastodon (Preferences → Account → Authorized apps), Discord (delete the webhook), Telegram (remove the bot as channel admin), Twitch/Kick (Settings → Connections), Rumble (revoke the API token), or by resetting a stream key. Source-side revocation invalidates our stored credential immediately.
2. Delete data a platform sent us
Email legal@obsidiansolutions.global (or admin@obsidiansolutions.global) from the email tied to your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the platform and handle involved. We verify the request and delete associated Platform Data (profile identifiers, tokens, and platform-sourced records) within 30 days, except records we are required to keep by law.
3. Delete your entire Organization or account
Request account deletion via the Service or the email above. Upon termination, Customer Data handling follows Terms of Service §14 and Privacy Policy §6: a 30-day export window, then deletion or de-identification within a commercially reasonable period, with backups rolling off on schedule.
If a brand connected your account
If you connected your account through a KEYSTONE customer (a brand that manages your account), that customer is the data controller — direct requests to them and we will assist as processor.
